| My wife Nancy and I have been married for 38 years and we have spent most of our lives in agriculture. We have over 3000 acres in Southeastern Washington State and spent most of the last 30 years raising 3 sons, farming wheat, alfalfa hay and raising cattle. |

| I approach the real estate business pretty much like I farmed. I am up early and in the office and I welcome calls anytime including weekends. I have personally bought and sold thousands of acres of land with my own money and I have the skills and experience to negotiate tough deals. |
