| My wife Nancy and I have been married over 34 years and we have spent most of our lives in agriculture. We have over 3000 acres in Southeastern Washington State and spent most of the last 30 years raising 3 sons, farming wheat, alfalfa hay and raising cattle. |

| We approach the real estate business pretty much like we farmed. We are up early and in the office and welcome calls anytime including weekends. We have personally bought and sold thousands of acres of land with our own money and we have the skills and experience to negotiate tough deals. |
